All of our data entry is completed and reviewed by our highly trained, well informed staff. All data entered is subject to weekly review for data checking and confirming.
Our Dealers have access to their own accounts using SimsWeb on laptop or PC so that they can access information when they need it, on the fly.
Dickson Security Systems now offers iPocket account access using mobile phone applications available for most smart phones.
Our staff is trained on technical issues so we are more than willing and able to help with Panel programming and Technical Support.

Customized Alarm Processing by Signal or by Account, our customized procedures help us to be able to maintain a very low level of false police and other emergency service dispatches. Dickson Security Systems has one of the lowest false dispatch ratios in Canada!
All of our operators our friendly and courteous. Our operators are able to assist with most basic user problems: clearing memory light, identifying trouble conditions, etc. so that you don't have to! We receive a great amount of feedback from our dealers expressing their customers satisfaction.
We also offer premise "CallBack" on all open after alarms to ensure that your customers always receive the best possible service.
